- Managing sales and customer service departments.
- Training and training sales staff and customer service staff.
- Develop sales plans and motivate sales staff to sell goods.
- Check, motivate and remind sales staff to well implement the regulations of the sales department and the company.
- Go with sales staff to meet, evaluate customers potentials, negotiate orders and contracts.
- Support sales staff to take care of old customers, especially important customers.
- Support Sales Staff troubleshooting.
- Directly offering and selling.
- Customer care management.
- Monitoring and evaluation of sales staff, customer care staff.
- Attend company briefings.
- Prepare weekly, monthly reports of the sales department's work.
- Work with related departments: planning, accounting, design, production to achieve the goal of making the customer most satisfied.
- Firmly grasp the market and competitors to devise appropriate strategies to achieve the sales targets.
- Report: Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5 - 10 years experience in retail and food industry
- At least 2 years of experience working at a food company
- Good negotiating, planning and management skills, team and individual spirit
- Ability to handle work quickly, accurately and creatively. Communicate calmly, can communicate with all employees
- Understand pressure. Use software operating system; Good use of computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...).
