• Process Customer’s orders; Liaising with Factories / Sales / Logistics/ Warehouse to ensure the Customers orders are delivered as planned.
• Input, verify and confirm customer orders and forecast
• Handle Customers’ enquirers and process order and monitor delivery status to ensure resolution to customer’s satisfaction.
• Provide daily administration support duties including updating of reports, documents, controls & filing.
• Ensure timely reporting and monitoring of inventory and backlog status.
• Monitoring of customer’s billing and conduct frequent credit check to ensure that credit facilities granted to customers are in line with Company policy.
• To provide speedy and accurate support to distributors and direct customers on matter pertaining to their orders.
• To provide logistics solution pertaining to customer needs.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Ensure timely closure of all complaints.
• Close monitoring of monthly sales target to ensure that it is in line with the monthly target.
• To assist sales personnel in processing sample to customers when required
• Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve corporate objectives
* Key point of CS Team to coordinate with other teams/ departments to achieve company's business goals
* Other assignment based on company's requirement
Yêu cầu công việc
• College Graduation
• CS experience
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation.
