- Selling, enhancing and extending the services of a growing recruitment company. You are the driven sales, marketing and customer service expert who will interact with educational facilities in and around Da Nang as well as Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL’s).
- Communicating with both educational facilities and teaching candidates
- Verifying teaching candidates
- Maintaining and improving client relationships.
- Enlarging client base and following up leads
- Achieving agreed sales targets
- Enhancing online and offline marketing strategies
- Market research including legal boundaries
- Reporting to team meetings
Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Superior problem-solving skills
- MS office literate
- Able to work under high-pressure
- Forward planning
- Innovative thinker
- Able to exert a persuasive attitude
- Degree in sales and/or marketing
- English language certificate
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales and marketing role
- Proven experience in enhancing a business and building a team
- Experience communicating with foreigners
- Some experience in the English education sector is preferred
- Experience in SEO practices
