Tuyển Planning Team Leader (MRP & NPI)

* SUPPLY AND PRODUCTION PLANNING:
- Generates feasible supply plans (including inventory), in line with business plan, budget, demand plan and main bottle necks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
* UPDATING PLANS:
- Analyze and update (if required) the production and supply plans in the short time frame, balancing production and material constraints and required service levels, as a result of any changes to the plan, involving relevant stakeholders.
* SCENARIO ANALYSIS:
- Generates and discusses alternative scenarios on the supply plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and cost.
* SUPPLY AND PRODUCTION PLANNING PROCESS:
- Coordinates and monitors the supply planning processes, taking into account the interdependencies with demand planning, brewing, scheduling, material planning and NPI activities.
- Leads the Supply Review preparation and contributes to the Supply Review meeting by delivering timely and accurate information.
- Prepares and contributes to Weekly Demand & Supply Review meeting.
* MONITORING PLANNING PARAMETERS:
- Identifies gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (OPI, stock levels, lot size).
* TPM AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to production and supply planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives.
* MANAGEMENT INFORMATION:
- Provides clear and accurate information on supply planning performance.
* COMMUNICATION:
- Communicates the various plans and their impact to relevant stakeholders.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualifications: University degree
* Experience/ skills required:
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience. Preferably in one or more of following areas: Supply Chain Planning
- Scheduling (both Brewing and Packaging)
- Logistics (Warehousing and Distribution)
- Procurement
- Project management and team member in supply chain planning projects
- Valued Supply Planning tools experience (different from Excel)
- Knowledge of supply planning
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- Good communication and influencing skills (internally within Heineken)
- Stakeholder management skills (externally with suppliers)
- Be able to convincingly present facts and figures
- Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes
- Able to work in autonomy and when needed cross functionally, good team player
- Capable of using advanced planning tools
- Language(s): Vietnamese + English both oral and written
