Position Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Director of HR and the department. Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest guest satisfaction while complying with all The Grand Ho Tram Strip policies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for functions within the department, including making discretionary decisions and interfacing with all appropriate departments on the property.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar file to insure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
  • Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
  • Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position and adhere to departmental and company policies.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
  • Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
  • Assistant the labor safety meetings and incident investigation
  • Assistant all activities of the Labor Safety Department
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

General HR admin:

  • Carry out HR administrative tasks: Cenium, raising Purchase Requests
  • Assistant to Director of HR in Cash advance, related booking task, payment process
  • Order all HR office supplies.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Minimum at least of 3 years of administrative assistant experience required.
  • Minimum of college education completed is required.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese language and English of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Must be able to prepare effective written reports.
  • Have qualified organizational skills to manage several tasks at once.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.
  • Ability to respond to and handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
