- Responsible for building assigned region’s annual and monthly plans based on National Annual Sales & Marketing Plan .
- Responsible for building and managing P&L for assigned region/ accounts.
- Manage, develop, coach & motivate the team to deliver aggressive sales growth targets
- Responsible for co-ordination and evaluating performance of sales KPI’s in assigned region/ accounts.
- Accomplish all required reports/ feedback to Line Manager on a regular basis in order to update and/or elevate issues to higher management.
- Work closely with another department to ensure the quality of integrated business planning and brilliant execution of business plan.
- Ensure alignment of key business objectives with cross - functional teams via regular meetings/ communication.
- Build and develop MT team professionally.
- Join other tasks/ projects as assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate: BA in Economics/ Business Administration, related industries;
- Solid people management, at least 3 years managerial role to lead a team;
- Strong account management;
- At least 5 years working for Key Account Executive channel development in FMCG industry;
- Strong negotiation skills.
