Tuyển HR Executive [Retail Business, CBM]
Mô tả công việc
- Manage all HR activities of Retail Business, such as set-up company regulation, etc.
- Travel to visit employees in Nha Trang, Da Nang, Can Tho and Hanoi with the company
- Have good knowledge in Labor Law
- Recruit new employees via various channels
- Create new activities for employee relation and happy workplace
- Able to identify HR action plan and follow-up the results
- Able to be good consultant in HR issues with managers and employees.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for the company.
- Analyze manpower model, turnover rate and labor productivity every month.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: over 25 year olds with at least 2 years’ experience in human resources management
- Education: Bachelor Degree in related field
- Comfortable on travelling nationwide
- Able to co-operate with the others well
- Good service-mind
- Proactive & adaptive & teamwork
- Mature and be able to work independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality, Responsible & Commitment
- Creativity, Deployment & Execution
- Good command of written and spoken English
