Reporting: Senior HR Manager
Purpose
To assist HR members in providing professional HR services, ensuring compliance with local law and regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to the following:
HR Information Management
• Develop, maintain and update employee information database, provide timely and accurate reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality and reliability of HR data in both hard & soft copy
• Manage HR software
Recruitment & Selection and Learning & Development
• Follow up with the recruitment plan and recruitment procedures
• Conduct recruitment activities
• Manage relationships with, and costs of, external recruiters
• Conduct appropriate induction and on-boarding plan for new employee
• Organize & coordinate technical trainings
Performance Management, Coaching and Counselling
• Provide direct support of entire performance review and provide support to department heads
• Provide additional direct support and counselling to staff on employment, development and career matters
Operational HR, Policy and Legal Compliance
• Implement HR policies, procedures and processes, ensuring consistency
• Take part in developing HR policies & procedures of the company and supervise the implementation
• Support employees to ensure their safe living and working condition
• Manage HR administration works including but not limited to probation, labor contract renewal, new staff procedures, exit procedures etc…
• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor or higher with at least 2-3 years of experience at the similar position
• Experience in HR process, policy, systems in the foreign company
• Accuracy in data management
• High level of accountability and confidentiality
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Strong computer skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HR Software)
