Mô tả công việc
• Support to sales activities with traditional customers including bidding, quotation and contract, delivery.
• Generate and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
• Make sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Arrange appointments with clients and sales team
• Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Update all contact information for clients
• Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Arrange travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office
• Do any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team
• Provide construction support including equipment transportation, insurance for machine
• Complete the settlement profile to submit to the customers Sales Support Skills
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male, from 25 years old with at least 3 years’ experience in sales or sales support
• Graduated Trade and Economic University or Technical universities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Knowledge/ Experience in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry is preferable(i.e. Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining, Power, Oil & Gas …)
