Overall purpose of the job: The HR Supervisor is responsible for developing a strategic approach to identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs in accordance with HR manpower plan as approved by the Company, ensuring there is always a pipeline of talent and candidates for current and future vacancies.
Key activities:
1. Work with Head of HR and Admin on developing HR manpower plan and sourcing strategy
2. Search and map companies operating in the same industry for targeted searches
3. Engage with potential candidates to attract interest and maintain relationship with them for positive candidate experience and company image
4. Screen and arrange interviews and meetings with candidates for hiring manager
5. Support interview, selection, salary negotiation and onboarding processes
6. Create and maintain talent database
7. Represent the company at recruitment events
8. Maintain company presence on job search sites as well as dedicated company recruitment portal
9. Producing timely and accurate recruitment reports including tracking of attrition rate
10. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management
- Good spoken & written English.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment field
- Nice to have recruitment experience in hospitality industry
