Job Description:
A. C&B:
- Perform accurately and timely all the reports related to SHUI, Labor Union fund & fee, allowance, PIT, PIT finalization for staff and expats.
- Work closely with Social Dept. for registering & finalizing SHUI, Register/ extend/ cancel social books, health insurance cards…
- Monitor & manage Leave Record, Labor Contract and other personnel documents.
- Follow up Labor contract and related documents from the probation, renewal to resignation.
- Prepares and administer all periodical labour reports required by the Government.

B. Recruitment:
1. Responsible for the recruitment process based on job requirements and coordinate with functional departments (publish recruitment ads, screening CVs, prepare interviews, provide tests if any, check references, background and qualifications, shortlist candidates before interview...).
2. Prepare offer letter, information form, personal document submit, and procedure making for new comers…
3. Conduct and provide orientation training for new comers to facilitate their good integration with the company

C. Assisting Dept. Managers in developing & applying HR system:
4. Assist Manager in developing job descriptions standards, job rankings and salary structure.
5. Manage Performance evaluation implementation (KPI).
6. Assist for buildup and enhance HR Policy, System, Procedures, and Regulation & Guidelines in compliance with Vietnamese laws and ensure good implementation
7. Enhance HR internal form and materials.
8. Manage implementation of Global, Regional or Local HR projects
9. Basic understanding of current;

D. Other activities:
10. Advise the management on changes/ solutions to improve the HR services and enhance the inspiring working environment when necessary
11. Organize yearly Health check program, manage Accident Insurance
12. Partner in organizing Company events, employee activities, team-building…
13. Solve problems about labor relation and disciplines to employees
14. Other duties as assigned.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Education, Psychology, English and related disciplines.
- At least 4 years HR experience
- Possess an HR mindset: human-oriented, Confidentiality commitment, High teamwork spirit, positive & responsibility, Good interpersonal & problem solving skills
- Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures
- Good communication skills in English
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
