1. Reception and admin:
- Be responsible for welcoming and making a good first impression on guests
- Answering and transferring all incoming calls, emails
- Provide stationeries and office small tools accurately and timely
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Work with suppliers, hotels, travel agents, car leasing companies, stationery suppliers, clean services providers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers etc… to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company.
2. HR assistant:
- Assistance in database System
- Search CV, select CV and contact with candidate for pre-interview, arrange the interview
- Tasks assigned by the HR Manager

A. We are looking for you who is:
- Gender: Female
- Height: ≥ 1.65 meter
- Good skills in English
- Fresh Graduates would be considered (Training is provided)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good looking, Social, trustful, enthusiastic, responsibility

- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
