Line Manager: Legal and Compliance manager
Department: Legal and Compliance Division
Working location: 34 Lang Ha – Dong Da – Ha Noi
Key Task
1. Keep abreast of legislative changes, maintain online library of legal and internal regulations.
2. Provide and interpret legal regulation, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to relevant departments.
3. Anticipate and mitigate potential legal issues and develop strategies/ initiatives to avoid costly litigation actions and reduce potential area of risks.
4. Negotiate, draft, review contract/agreement/LOI and other legal documents tailored to each specific business activities to protect company at the best.
5. Provide timely and accurate legal advice/assessment on all legal matters/cases to The Company
6. Contact and/or coordinate with government bodies/AVI for all legal matter related to The Company;
7. Apply for any certificates/permits/licenses of the Company
8. Assist Legal Manager in reviewing, and liaising with external lawyers on the approach or strategy to win a claim.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Have Bachelor degree in Law. Additional Bachelor degree in Economics is preferable.
2. Have at least 5 years working as a lawyer/ legal advisor in law firms, in-house counsel in financial service companies, insurance companies is preferable.
3. Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
5. Being proactive, strong teamwork, customer service spirit and commercial oriented.
6. Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
