Tuyển dụng Kế Toán Trưởng (Chief Accountant)

- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team from Botanical Vietnam.
- Conduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date
- See that tax interviews are conducted properly
- Manage the communication with external audit
- Ensure that all records are registered before deadline
- Support and manage 30 people with 3 direct reports
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
- Review corporate returns to ensure accuracy
- Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code
- Oversee the processing of payroll taxes and payroll taxes
- Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers
- Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
- Uphold the excellent reputation of The Company
- Maintain constant communication with the Tax Department in HCM
- Maintain highly organized and updated files
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
- Report directly to the Finance Director Yves Rocher and dotted line to CFO Annam Group
