Report to: Director / HR Director

• Help manager to post job ad for recruitment
• Liaise with PFK for employee record / payroll / pension / social insurance and health insurance
• Update monthly payroll file
• Prepare Employment contract / probation letters / reference letters
• Manager each employee personal file
• Staff orientation
• Update monthly payroll file
• Update employee record when staff in and staff out.
• Prepare warning letter when staff under perform
• Staff termination procedure and file necessary document
• Relay employee rules/regulations as well as staff benefits to staff
• HR notice
• Record staff annual leave / sick leave / birthday leave

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in Law, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 3-5 years working experience in Human Resources Field
• Understanding of Vietnamese Labor law
• Good Vietnamese and English communication, both speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Working under pressure
• Self-confident and energetic manner
