Recruitment:
- Coordinate recruitment activities
- Interview candidates and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Hiring Managers.
- Optimize recruitment channels: Network within the industry; conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pipeline; explore and deploy any effective channels for talent attraction
- Initiate and execute employer branding activities to attract talents and build effective sourcing channels
- Manage the recruitment agencies
- Drive continuous improvement activities to make sure the hiring processes are lean and effective
- Maintain an active and organized candidate database for various positions.
- Manage the recruitment budget
- Prepare the related reports
Payroll:
- Review all remuneration items paid accurately and legally
- Prepare monthly payroll reports such as: payroll reconciliation/ allocation; overtime report, etc.
- Make sure all of the employee benefits and statutory contributions must be executed accurately and timely such as: Dependent registration, SI, HI, UI, Registration or closing SI Book/ HI card, sick leave, maternity leave, accidents, work-related diseases, convalescence leave, etc.
- Perform procedures in relation to labor registration and deregistration to government authorities
- Do the payment related to employee remuneration such as payment to Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance Authority; employee fringe benefits
- Prepare the data to Salary Surveys
- Be the key contact for HR Audit from internal or external audit parties
- HR information system administrator: update and maintain personnel file records (both soft copy and hard copy) according to Vietnam regulations and corporate requirements. Provide Vietnamese labor authorities and Corporate HR with necessary reports.
Employee Relation
- Recommend appropriate resolution of complaints and monitor results
- Explain and provide advice to HR managers and employees about the company policies and procedures and the need for compliance
- Repare disciplinary documents
- Prepare other reports under HR Manager’s instruction and request.
Training & Development
- Streamline HR processes and develop related guidance materials and deliver training regarding HR policy and processes
- Organize training activities according to the annual training plan
- Explore and propose lists of effective training vendors to deliver training needs as per Company expectation
- Organize in-house training courses, sessions and workshops and support delivery when necessary
- Manage training vendors.
- Help to provide the training analysis/summary and evaluation after the training, measure the change of behavior of the trainees
- Keep records related to the training of the staff.
Performance Management
- Execute performance tracking process; consolidate and verify the accurateness of scoring.
- Prepare and distribute the salary review result and incentive award announcement.
HR Projects/ Others
- Participate or lead in HR Projects or company assigned projects
- Any other assignment from superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Specialized/ experience in recruitment and labor relations
- Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits
- Demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
