Department: Human resources
Location: 5 th floor, Topaz building, 66 Pho Duc Chinh St., Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1
Working time: 9 am – 6 pm (Monday - Friday)
Job description:
- Manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR Dept. provided meets the needs of company’s business.
- Create procedures for sourcing, screening and hiring personnel;
- Assists HR Manager to set up and develop company policies such as: Working regulations, regulations on salary and bonus and benefits...
- Control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
- Makes declaration of social and health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees every month as per mandatory requirement.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Education: Bachelor Degree in HRM/Business Administration/Economics or related fields
* Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Recuitment (IT field is a plus) or 1 year in C&B
* Age: 24-26
* Others:
- Communication in English
- Excellent at MS Office skills especially Excel
