  • Assist HR Manager to design & implement HR & Admin policies and procedures for company.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes of any policies.
  • Liaise with local authorities on matters related to Labor such as Labor registration, compulsory Social, Health & Unemployment insurance.
  • Keep track of attendance, timesheet, OT, travel and annual leaves.
  • Payroll calculation and management, monthly payroll reporting.
  • PIT declaration, monthly report, yearly finalization & dependence registration.
  • Handle all employee insurance inquiries and yearly program renewal.
  • Handle employee onboarding program and follow up the probation results.
  • Follow up the performance appraisal; salary increase, renewal of labor contracts; update of employees’ promotion, transfer, termination and discipline violation.
  • Establish and maintain the HR Database, ensuring the database is up to date, is accurate, and complies with all relevant legislation.
  • Assist HR Manager in organize HR training and activities such as Induction, company team building, year-end party, workshop, annual health-check, annual Performance Assessment & Salary review.
  • Participate in HR regional programs and prepare the reports as required.
  • Assist HR Manager to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
  • Assist / back-up in recruitment process when required.
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

  • Education: University graduation or equivalent
  • Work Experience: at least 2 years experiences in HR & Admin division of a foreign Company

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good command in English (Writing, Speaking)
  • People connecting, organizing, negotiation skill
  • Good knowledge of HR regulations, procedures, Best Practices.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and Tax Law
  • Computer skill (Microsoft office)
  • Personality / Qualities
  • Details-oriented mindset
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Self-starter, Self-motivated & able to work independently
