Mô tả công việc
- Execute the social media strategy.
- Ensure correct tagging of ads with UTMs to enable spend effectiveness accuracy.
- Manage spend to optimize leads cost acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Copywriter and graphic Designer to create effective content for branding and leads acquisition.
- Execute social strategies that leverage social platforms (Facebook fanpage, Instagram, Linked In, Zalo, Youtube) to convey clearly our value propositions and build brand equity.
- Community management: reply to public messages, comments, posting from the social media calendar,...
- Audience research and social monitoring/management.
- Seasonal campaign management.
- Collaborates with internal team for creation of blog posting.
- Deploys copy changes to website.
- Monitors and manages data in RioSEO/GMB.
- POC for WSI.
- Build the relevant forms for accurate information in leads capture.
- Ensure that the workflows in the CRM are reflective of the required processes.
- Plans and executes the email strategy in collaboration with Digital Manager and copywriter.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working in digital marketing field with proven working experience.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract, engage and delight customers.
- Experience with social media: Facebook, Youtube, Instagram,…
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus.
- English: Fluently.
