Tuyển Customer Service Associate (Chinese Skill)

* Customer Service Part:
- Take care all social channels (FB, Instagram, Chatbox)...professional reply to customer in a timely manner.
- Receving calls from hotline 24/7 for room inquiry, Q&A, room rate, facility.
- Tracking complaints from guests.
- Tracking room facility and price.
- Taking care all third party platform.
* Operation support:
- Tracking master leasing contract and make payment on due time.
- Follow and proceed payment for any hard/ soft service of each property.
- Handle all complaints from customers during the stay.
- Remind customer in terms of renew any contract.
- Compose & follow the leasing contract until signed.
- Follow on renewal contract of any service provider, request to change any vendor that not meet company requirement.
- Manage Service Provider/ Vendor (Pest control, Maintenance, Cleaning, Insurance...).
- Other operation tasks.
