Mô tả công việc
● Issue invoices and coordinating accounting docs with Accounting firm as required.
● Working with outsourcing auditor/accounting firm to work wit Tax Department, DPI and so on.
● Payment request and Payroll.
● Cash Management in office.
● Managing documents and contracts regarding to any company activity.
● Reviewing all company’s contracts before the CEO review.
● Managing office purchases and maintenance.
● Support CEO for some tasks if needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
● Good command of English (Verbal and written).
● 2+ years in Admin roles.
● Basic knowledge of Accounting.
● Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, Eager to learn new things.
● Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.
