Mô tả công việc
- Manage employee database and make headcount report monthly.
- Draw up labor contracts, contracts renewal/ amendment/ termination, promotion letter, salary review letter,…
- Claim and pay allowances from SHUIs Department (Sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave,…), increase/decrease in SHUIs, other tasks involved SHUIs procedures,...
- Claim healthcare insurance for employees and increase/ decrease healthcare cost (If any)
- Register PIT code and dependents.
- Check attendance, check sales incentive and proceed monthly payroll calculation for all employees, ensure to pay salary on time.
- Consult and answer questions from staff about salary, benefits, SHUIs, PIT,… (If any).
- Other tasks assigned by line manager and HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have a bachelor degree with major Human Resource/ Economics/ Laws,…
- At least 1 year experience in similar positions at companies with scale from 200 headcounts.
- Be good at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point,…).
- Good knowledge of Labor Code, SHUIs and PIT.
- Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English.
- Careful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, hard-working.

- Salary: 8 - 10 mil/month (100% in probation).
