- Fulfilling the benefits and compensation of employees as labor code and social/health/ jobless insurance / insurance by company.
- Making sure good environment of working to employers/ employees
- Developing the employee's skill / promotion system for company's benefits.
- Reaching for company's benefits and motivating employees: right jobs to right persons

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education
- Vietnamese with university degree.
- Excellent in English or Mandarin
- Human Resource certification is preferred
- Professional HR practices qualification
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
2. Experience in Human Resources Manager
- Very details in job and strong accuracy
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the HR Manager of foreign companies
- Experience in HR strategy
- Solid background in professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Good experience in KPI system
- Experience in set up policies system
- Strong knowledge of HR Practices system
- Budgeting and cost control
- Leadership skill and professional service
- Previous experience using HR software
- Overall knowledge in manufacturing practices
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
- To be willing to travel if necessary
