• Accountable for achieving own and team’s agreed sales, productivity and performance targets. Create and execute business plans to drive this achievement and is responsible for brands’ strategic and tactical planning in line with company strategy and standards.
• Work independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results. Manage area sales and expense budgets.
• Serve as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Sales Specialists. Lead a high-performing team of Product Specialists; hire, train and develop them as necessary; provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Influence key account strategy in tandem with appropriate cross functional partners
• Master product knowledge and disease area knowledge; and coach the team on the same. Gather and is updated on required information regarding the market, key competitors’ market data, pricing intelligence, key accounts etc.
• Ensure Excellency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Services. Complete all reporting and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate within Novartis compliance, policies and procedures; and create a culture that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics
• Sales manager in trade related business experience
• Can understand the dynamics of change
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), have good communication and communication skills.
• Technical and technological savvy
• This role is a key business role that will help drive the Hematology business in the South including HCMC + Mekong Delta + Southeast.
