• To develop, implement and manage a cost-effective hotel-wide training & development for associates at all levels in line with the corporate objectives and contribute to the success of the hotel by enabling associates to improve their job performance and preparing them for future and higher job responsibilities through strategic training.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Analytical, detail-oriented
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in training and 2 years of staff management.
