- Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting the company and its investments.
- Draft the first copy of legal documents.
- Conduct all initial research, regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice and provide information to Legal Counsels.
- The study proposed and existing legislation related to the operations of the company.
- Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office.
- Assist legal counsels to organize all legal documents, document filing, gather necessary documents and information to begin building a case.
- Other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated students or 4th-year students from good Vietnamese law universities, or major in legal
- Legal intern experience preferred but not required
- Ability to do legal research, work with government authorities, good in formatting, writing
- Ability to read and write English
- Duration Intern: 3 months, 8:00 -17:00 from Mon – Fri
Working Hours:
- Working hours are currently 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday
- One hour is allowed for lunch basically from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Working Location: 3rd Floor, 101-107 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St., Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC.
