1/ Administrative and secretarial roles:
- Check certain folders of emails of the CPO to ensure smooth communication from CPO to related parties;
- Setup schedule and meetings, updating business calendar into system;
- Arrange logistics (flight tickets, transportation, accommodation, etc.) for all business trips;
- Organize, prepare logistics for business travels and prepare documents to repayment of such activities
2/ Secretary roles for Chairman of Pharmacy Association:
- Arrange meeting, prepare logistics and organize monthly meetings;
- Take note and make meeting minutes and reports; follow up all agreed actions when required;
- Cooperate with other members in the Association to check and review all agreed actions have been executed properly and logically;
- Assist the Chairman in checking content, agreements, sponsorship program, ... to ensure the effectiveness of the events;
- Compile and archive all relating minutes, reports and resolutions, both in soft and hard copy;
3/ Other tasks as assigned by the CPO.
4/ Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
5/ Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
6/ Perform other tasks when requested;
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading, listening) is a must
- MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- At least 1 year experience in assistant or secretary role
- Overcoming difficulties and willing to learn
- Creative, advice on how to improve workflows
- Proactive & Independence, honest and trustful
