Temporary HR Staff (8 Months)

** HR duties
- Screen CV for each interview, contact candidate for all rounds of interview, keep record of all results as internal control request
- Make offer letter, labor contract, Prepare stationery, prepare ID & account for software, credit card, hand phone, sim card, name card, taxi card, PC/ lab top, table, for new comer
- Register PIT code, register staff's dependants for deduct PIT, apply compulsory insurance for new comer, apply Wellbe health care insurance, medical service for Foreigners
- Prepare training material and training all company policies to new comer: IKV labor Regulation, use and preserve company property,…
- Follow up daily staff timesheet, check & calculate monthly staff overtime claim
- Monthly calculate salary, remuneration,
- Monthly check bank statement, Foreigners claim expenses, collect invoice for these expenses then calculate and declare PIT to tax
- Make a raising wage decisions/Annex of labor contract for all staffs according to result of evaluation
- Check payment requests of Managers relating to business trip and entertainment, get invoices and amend invoice if needed
- Calculate and declare PIT to tax monthly
- Do finalization of PIT to tax yearly.
- Follow up and prepare HR decisions, legalize all company expense and avoid non-CIT case
- Make program, agenda for company events: company year-end party, welcome or farewell party
- Make all docs relate to terminate labor contract with resign person according to Vietnam Labor regulation, support Foreigners to move belonging, housing liquidation matters when terminate their assignment
- Do 5S, maintain daily to keep this activity in daily routine.
- Support and liaise with PIC in Hochiminh office for personnel tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc
+ Female, Vietnamese citizen, University degree.
+ At least 2 years’ experience in HR job.
+ Good English skills, MS. Office
+ Careful, responsible, flexible, good communication and self-motivated.
+ Available working ASAP
