Temporary HR Staff (8 month contract)

We're seeking for a HR Staff to cover for the employee on maternity leave. This position will be employed by an external agency on a fixed term 8-month contract. Fresher are welcomed & will be trained on job.
I. Overall responsibilities:
1. Company Culture Development & Internal Communication (60%):
• Assist in building strong company culture/values;
• Develop and implement company culture plan that meets organizational objectives and aligns with the business requirements;
• Make plan and organize staff activities & events (staff trip, New Year party, team building, leadership workshop…), in collaboration with the Change Agent team for the concept and communication and Administration team for the logistics;
• Propose and pro-actively join in initiatives to improve the working environment;
• Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different teams, departments and staff in general;
• Pro-actively raise the initiatives to develop the company culture & internal communication channels to retain talents and ensure their loyalty.
2. Recruitment Support (30%)
• Keep records of candidates’ database following company’s process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way;
• Screening CVs, shortlist candidates for further process;
• Coordinate test/ interview, job posting procedures;
• Assist to prepare for the recruitment events as well as take part in these events: career day, job fair, seminars, company tour, internship program…
3. Other tasks (10%)
• Participate in other HR operations and projects when necessary.

• BA degree in related areas;
• Passion in company culture development, internal communication or employee engagement with actual achievements in team building/ social event organization;
• Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English & Vietnamese and strong at building relationship with others;
• Well organized, sociable and pro-active;
• Positive thinking & supportive;
• Good teamwork skills & ability to multi-tasks;
• MS Office efficiency;
• Experience in using Photoshop and designing communication materials is an advantage.
