Role
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Investigate and determine employee needs
• Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
• Plan employee referral programs
• Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
• Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
• Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
• Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
• Create and present KPI reports to BOD

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 03 years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Manager or a similar role;
• Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques;
• Experience involved in-depth knowledge and awareness of staffing strategies, establishing and implementing strategic plans, TA budget, internal and external stakeholder management;
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, time management & planning skills;
• Have a good network with universities & candidates in the same markets;
• Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks;
• English is a must
