1. Recruitment:

  • Collect and analyze hiring demands, work with relevant stakeholders to finalize the demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to build a strong network of technical candidates.
  • Source and approach candidates for the opening jobs.
  • Organize, maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Schedule interview, assign technical test, prepare candidate assessment form, etc.
  • Make relevant reports and other tasks assigned by HRM.

2. Employer Relations:

  • Assist conceptualize, build and organize internal events and collective activities to create cohesion in the team.
  • Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops.
  • Promote company brand through social network channels.
  • Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role in HR
  • Familiar in recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) and talent acquisition targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook is plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
