Service Engineer

Position Purpose:
- Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc.
Technical Support:
- Set up & install equipment/machines from the start until the commissioning is completed.
- Diagnose the causes of malfunctions in equipment/machines and liaise with customers to find solutions.
- Make recommendations for upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipment/machines.
- Conduct customer training on equipment/machine usage, operation, and maintenance.
- Periodically inspect equipment/machines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, carefully listening to their concerns, and addressing issues through after-sales support.
- Attend ongoing training sessions sponsored by the company or manufacturers to stay up to date on the latest technology and repair techniques.
- Summarize daily experiences to report to superiors and advise subordinates.
Others:
- Cooperate with affiliated departments appropriately and in a timely manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with direct-sales partners and distributors.
- Perform tasks assigned by the company or department.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- From 22 to 28 years old.
- At least 1 year working in the same position.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or related fields.
- Proficient in either English or Japanese (business level).
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have good business manners and a strong work ethic.
- Able to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to perform multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas.
- Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
- Highly proactive and mobile, good at management, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and fair evaluation of subordinates.
- CV must be written in English and clearly state desired salary.
