C&B
• Responsible in monitoring the outsourcing payroll processing and ensure payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
• Ensure accurate monthly SHUI contribution and on-time payment as regulated by Law
• Manage employee’s claim and allowance payment from Government Social Insurance fund and Company Health care insurance
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile
• Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
• Assist in drafting and execution of general C&B policies and procedures
• Handle PIT finalization for local and expatriate individuals
• Provide quality HR advisory services to the management and internal customers
• Conduct onboarding & offboarding program
• Compile regular management reports and provide analysis and recommendation on a timely manner
• Support the implementation of HR strategies, procedures and policies
• Provide administration support such as document scanning, file management, contract preparation, leave record maintenance, etc.
Recruitment
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks.
• Keep the recruiting database updated
• Coordinate with Hub HR on hiring package
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Others
• Assist in Company’s annual events
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience
• Profound knowledge of HR regulations, labor law, PIT
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Literate in Microsoft office programs
