Senior Legal Counsel
Mô tả công việc
- Draft, review and/or give legal advice on agreements between Company with third parties to ensure the contents of the documents;
- Provide legal advice on daily matters of the related teams and BOD;
- Support internal Teams in negotiating and clarifying with clients on the scope of Company agreements;
- Manage the deals / contracts to deliver the reports / advice to the BOD from time to time; - Resolve the disputes cases, mainly on copyright issues;
- Make the training to the internal Teams and other related departments (if required);
- Liaise and work with Headquarter Legal Group / Outside Counsel on specific and/or general topics
- Research and update law regulations relating to the business model of the Company;
- Other tasks as assigned by BOD and Headquarter Legal Group.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law;
- Experiences: At least 3-4 years’ experience, prior experience in Copyright / intellectual property sector is preferred. A Lawyer certificate is not a game changer but an advantage;
- Good knowledge of contract law and company law;
- English and Vietnamese language proficiency;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; - Able to work independently and as a team member.
