- Making new/improved HR policies under the guidance of HR Manager

- Learning about each staff's JD to set individualized and effective KPI yearly. Checking KPI setting of each staff and sending feedback to their managers for adjustment if any

- Checking KPI result of the staff and evaluating yearly performance

- Working with relevant departments to identify training needs, planning and organizing training activities of the company including soft-skill and specialized training

- Surveying and implementing HRM system, supporting the manager to complete HR procedures and processes of the department

- Other tasks as assigned by managers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields

- Having at least 3 year experience in general HR

- Having experience in at least one of these areas: C&B, HR policies development, KPI setting, Performance evaluation or Learning and Development

- Having working experience in MNC is preferred

- Fluent in English

- Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill

- Good planning and time management skill

- Strong critical thinking

- Sound analytical and problem solving skill

- Strong teamwork spirit

- Proactive, detail-oriented, careful, considerate, inclusive, approachable and honest

- Self-motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks from time to time
