Position: Senior HR and Administrative Officer
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Reporting to: Specify Supervisor and Manager
Job Summary: The Senior HR and Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in overseeing human resources and administrative functions within the organization in Vietnam. This position involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and efficiently managing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Human Resources Management:
● Recruitment and Onboarding:
○ Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
○ Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
● Employee Relations:
○ Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
○ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
○ Implement employee engagement initiatives.
● Performance Management:
○ Oversee performance appraisal processes.
○ Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
○ Manage the performance review cycle.
● Training and Development:
○ Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
○ Support employees in their professional development.
● Compliance:
○ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
○ Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with local requirements.
● Payroll Processing:
○ Oversee payroll processing and distribution, ensuring accuracy.
○ Handle taxation and social insurance compliance.
● Employee Benefits:
○ Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, in line with local regulations.
* Administration:
● Office Management:
○ Oversee office facilities and maintenance.
○ Manage office supplies and equipment.
● Travel and Accommodation:
○ Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for employees as needed.
● Record Keeping:
○ Maintain and organize administrative records and files.
● Vendor Management:
○ Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
● Health and Safety:
○ Ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
○ Handle emergency procedures and protocols in compliance with local regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
