  • Create and maintain a warm, inviting, professional and efficient environment for all visitors to VCI Legal facilities and offices;
  • Answer telephone calls and contacts of third parties calling VCI Legal in a professional and international manner in fluent English and Vietnamese:
  • Maintain the appearance & hygiene of the reception and meeting / conference areas
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers;
  • Send/receive faxes and distribute to staffs
  • Filing/retrieval of documents of clients
  • Limited role of cashier for small office
  • Assist in visitors schedule and program; travel planning, ticketing and booking events
  • Regular updates for library index; file & document name lists; and maintain filling systems in a clean, efficient and professional manners;
  • Translate documents in Vietnamese/English
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
  • Proficient in Office Applications;
  • College Degree or equivalent;
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Strong team work and customer service commitment;
  • Office/work hours with commitment for overtime stay when required;
  • Following working disciplines set out in Staff Handbook;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to task delivery.
