1. Investigating market: Finding the major actors for men underwear.
2. Gathering market and customer information.
3. Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business – Vietnam and Cambodia in the first stage, other markets later.
4. Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
5. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
6. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
7. Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
8. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with General Director.
9. Advertising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
10. Recording sales and order information to manage within Sales Office
11. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
12. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
13. Managing staffs within Sales and Marketing Dept.
14. Developing the marketing strategy for the Company in line with company objectives.
15. Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by General Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. University graduate
2. At least 3 year experience in the same position
3. Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English
4. Natural aptitude to establish good relationships and good communication skills.
5. Ready to possible short travels abroad.
6. Preference to candidate with background in textile and garment related field.
