Sales Assistant (Entry-Level)

- Sales Director Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Director to ensure smooth day-to-day sales activities.
- Meeting & Demonstration Coordination: Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and preparing materials for internal and external sales meetings, client presentations, and software demonstrations, including logistical arrangements for international meetings.
- RFI/RFP Preparation Support: Assist in gathering information, compiling documentation, and preparing responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) related to our banking and finance solutions.
- Contract & Negotiation Assistance: Support the Sales Director during contract preparation and negotiation stages by organizing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with legal or relevant internal teams.
- Invoice Handling: Manage and track sales-related invoices, coordinate with the finance department, and ensure timely processing.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively between the Sales Director, clients (primarily in the banking/finance sector), and internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Technical, Finance) to ensure alignment and facilitate seamless sales processes.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and documentation within the CRM system.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel logistics for the Sales Director and potentially travel overseas to support meetings and events as required.
- Client Communication: Handle initial client inquiries professionally via phone or email, providing basic information and directing them appropriately.
- Learning & Development: Actively learn about JITS Innovation Labs' enterprise software solutions, target markets (banking and finance), and sales methodologies.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 years of professional experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Internships in sales, marketing, IT, banking/finance, or administrative support are a plus.
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Presentation Skills: Good presentation skills with the ability to assist in preparing and delivering clear information. Experience gained through academic projects or extracurricular activities is acceptable.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
- Tech Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage. An interest in technology and software solutions is beneficial.
- Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, solution-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required for meetings and events.
