Mô tả công việc

Booking:

  • Responsible for handling all booking requests of the customers / internal guests such as transportation, restaurant, hotel, flight tickets, entrance ticket, tour...:
  • To create bookings in Pegasys
  • To follow up status of reservations with suppliers / partners / colleagues to make sure bookings confirmed on time
  • To confirm bookings with Sales department
  • To expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints received from Sales department to maximize satisfaction of the customers.
  • To perform the other duties as assigned by the management / manager (upon request)

Visa:

  • Consult tourists/ management / colleagues for all visa application process
  • Collect all necessary documents to apply visa for tourist / management / colleagues
  • Follow visa status with Consulate/Embassy/Supplier
  • To perform the other duties as assigned by the management / manager (upon request)

Ticketing:

  • Arranges reservations and routing for passengers upon request & follow up status
  • Using airline reservation system such as Amadeus, Videcom, Rusada… for ticketing, boarding, ticketing process and so on.
  • Selling ticket
  • To perform the other duties as assigned by the management / manager (upon request)
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Good at both writting & speaking in Vietnamese & English.
  • At least 1-2 years experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ticketing skill: experiences on airline ticketing (or Diploma in airline ticketing as an advantage)
  • Pay attention on details
