Recruitment (70%)

  • Participate in the recruitment process involving, screening and selection of ideal individuals
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting
  • events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
  • Create, build and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Identify and organize the staff training programs and new hire orientation
  • Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management

Training (30%)

  • Conduct follow up sections with HODs / Managers and employees after performance review quarterly and annually to determine training plans
  • Based on department / individual development plans, identify appropriate courses to execute plan to close skills gaps and drive significant enhancement in performance, productivity and engagement.
  • Follow up on training and provide an efficiency report.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields
  • At least 2 years of working experiencce in relvant position.
  • Careful and detailed-oriented
  • Interest & career development orient in Human Resource.
  • Good command of English, good at MS

Other information:

  • Age: 24 - 30
  • Employment type: Permanent
  • Working time: 7:30am to 4:30pm, from Monday to Friday
