* RECRUITMENT:
- Work with Head of Departments to determine the recruitment needs & plans for each department
- Allocate recruitment cost effectively on the suitable recruitment channels
- Develop recruitment sources
- Perform recruitment work accordingly to the process
- HR management: management, allocation, training, guidance for staff to fulfill the job well
- Coordinate with IT Department to conduct administrative procedures for new employees to receive work, create email, allocate laptop, stationery.…
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
* TRAINING:
- Building plan, content, cost and schedule training, training on product knowledge and outside.
* TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Manage work of all the members in the Recruitment & Training Department
- Support members to complete the work well and achieve whole team target
- Central point to solve team problems and propose solutions
- Some other work assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, Business Administration or relevant major
- At least 8-10 years experiences in similar position, preferred candidate has experience in Recruitment FMCG companies… Work experience in headhunt companies would be an advantage
- Knowledge in labour law
- Honest, confident, can work under pressure and the ability to convey information well
- Ability to work independent/as a team
- Human relations skill
- Organization skill
