- Build recruitment plan base on company strategy
- Establish recruitment procedures and testing tools.
- Coordinate with departments to understand their requirements for business and manpower, make plan and implement recruiting activities
- Build recruitment brand activities..
- Build up the development of career path for employees.
- Drive & lead training program implementing
- Build up the training policies and procedure
- Take part in HR projects and other tasks by Line Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- BSc degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience
- Highly skill in recruitment, communication
- Negotiation and presentation skill
- Passion and proactive
- TOEIC 700
