PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
This position is to complete the tasks regarding Recruitment & Training
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Operation
1. Carry out the internal and external recruitment process from working with different departments to define the needs, creating and posting Job Ads on the right channels, sourcing and selecting the right candidates, coordinating the test if any and interviews for assigned open positions;
2. Implement recruitment/talent strategy in line with the company’s directions;
3. Follow up the recruitment channels and the efficiency of hiring;
4. Propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve the process and to meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality;
5. Coordinate with HRA Manager to pro-actively analyze and anticipate resource needs;
6. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
7. Coordinate with Group communication team to develop employer branding;
8. Update & manage candidate database
9. Send Job Offer to successful candidates, make orientation and arrange for their first join;
10. Make monthly recruitment report;
11. Other tasks will be assigned by HRM
Talent Attraction and Acquisition:
12. Join in initiatives for talent attraction and acquisition;
13. Lead indoor and outdoor recruitment events (job fairs, seminar, Career day…)
14. Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for senior, managerial positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies;
15. Ensure talent pool and network development for assigned jobs;
16. Collaborate in actions on social networks, forums/communities to identify and source candidates;
Market Intelligence:
17. Analyze the Labor market trend;
18. Provide market update to HRA Manager;
Training:
19. Conduct follow up sections with Line Managers and employees after performance review quarterly and annually to determine training plans
20. Base on department/ individual development plans, identify appropriate course to execute plan to close skills gaps and drive significant enhancement in performance, productivity and engagement.
21. Follow up training and provide efficient report
22. Manage and control training budget
23. Propose and execute internal activities to build customer services culture and professional working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. University degree in relevant areas
2. 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
3. Good understanding of Power/Renewable Energy market in Vietnam will be an added advantage.

2. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
