Recruitment

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including develop the JD system of all position as business demand, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to ensure all recruitment requisition will be met as planned)
  • Design & select the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source to approach / attract the talent
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Conduct initial Interviews, assess candidates based on their experience, achievements, strengths and weaknesses etc. to ensure they are the perfect fit for the requested position
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters

Talent Development: Support Manager to

  • Build training plan for a year and detail plan for every course (budget, location, timing, content, trainer, participants)
  • Implement talent Acquisition & Talent Development (guidelines, policies, culture activities and procedures in compliance with Organization direction.
  • Monitor training evaluation, feedback forms, action plans and follow-up
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Experience in recruitment has been at least 3 years.
  • English (good communication skill)
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook,...)
  • Working in My Phuoc 1 Industrial Area, Ben Cat, Binh Duong.
