RECEPTIONIST ROLES

  • Receptionist at the Company office, welcoming guests, managing meeting rooms and logistics support
  • Operate telephone exchange, receive and forward phone calls according to request of incoming callers
  • Manage documents, papers, incoming and outgoing dispatches
  • Office fitting out (if any) and office decoration
  • Taking care of Lobby area & first floor (Hygiene and security)
  • Coordinated implementation of office administration: distributing stationery, managing and purchasing assets, tools
  • Arrange logistics (flight tickets, transportation, accommodation, etc.) for all business trips
  • Participate in the organization of the Company's cultural events and events.
  • General Affairs matters (courier services, office supplies/ facilities/ decoration, ware-house/ Pantry management, etc.)

SECRETARY ROLES

  • Prepare correspondences, reports, memos, procedures etc. in English and Vietnamese (if necessary)
  • Administration and secretarial matters (booking meeting, minute meeting...);
  • Arrange, register the agenda, prepare the documentations, and tasks content for General Director
  • Perform other tasks when requested
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor of business administration, language, law...
  • Candidates who have experience in executive support role like assistant/secretary/receptionist administration/servicing jobs are given priority
  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
  • Female from 20 - 25 years old, bright appearance, 1.60 and above in height
  • English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading, listening) is a must, Korean is prefered.
  • Have efficient communication skills, analyzation skills, problem solving skills, time management skills, organization skills
  • Good communication skills, easy to hear voice, no lisp

  • Nhà máy: Lô CN1- CN4, KCN Sông Công II, Tân Quang, Sông Công, Thái Nguyên.
