Receptionist
Mô tả công việc
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Order stationeries as office demand.
- Keep office always clean & tidy.
- Back up for sales data integration upon request.
- Report customers servise activities monthly.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economic, Foreign languages or relevant fields.
- English: Upper Intermediate.
- Strong Microsoft office skills at Excel.
- Professional appearence, good looking is an advantage.
- Well organized, friendly and polite, self - motivated;
- Good follow through;
- Passionate, proactie at work;
- Team work spirits;
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Saturday).
