Project Development Executive (Cum Legal Executive)

We are hiring a project development executive with Legal Background to accompany and assist Management in Projects which the following working contents:
1. LICENSING (main tasks accounting for nearly 30%)
1.1 Working with authority and consulting companies/ law firm to prepare for drafting, submitting, revising application dossier and to receive the result in relation to Feasibility Report, Basic Design Approval and/or Appraisal, Construction Permit, Environment Certificate or Environmental Impact Assessment, Connection of electricity grid approval, Connection of sewage system and other sublicense/ approval in relation to Project Operation.
1.2 Preparing Memo, Cooperation Agreement or Joint Venture agreement in relation to M&A Project.
1.3 Liaising with senior legal executives to apply for ERC, IRC and/or other licenses of the Project.
1.4 Liaising with senior legal executives to tender Due Diligence Report for M&A project.
2. PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION (main tasks accounting for nearly 30%)
2.1 Discuss with the BOD about the development orientation of upcoming projects (Location, Form (independent or joint venture,...), capacity, expected progress, authorities contact point, ...);
2.2 Building initial project information proposal;
2.3 Creating a Master Schedule/General Plan, which includes specific work items (divided into different phases of the development of a project);
2.4 Ensure a logical plan, full of necessary items, outlining the resources and costs allocated in the project.
3. PROJECT STAKEHOLDER AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (20%):
3.1 Coordinating company resources as well as external contacts (Government agencies; Consulting services; ...) to meet the requirements set out in the project development stage;
3.2 Communicating with upper management to develop the strategic program and project goals/progress;
3.3 Management of project resources to meet project milestones;
3.4 Align the various teams/team members’ expectations and deliverables to the needs of the project;
3.5 Report weekly to BOD on the progress of the project;
3.6 Handle arising incidents (if any) that occur during the project development phase;
4. MANAGE PROJECT BUDGET, SCHEDULE AND QUALITY (10%)
4.1 PM should always closely follow up to ensure the project is on schedule, completed within the intended time and budget;
4.2 Monitor budget spending, ensure optimal spending resources or detect early signs of budget waste and promptly handle them.
5. MANAGING PROJECT RISKS AND CONFLICTS (10%)
5.1 If there is a problem that needs to be changed in the project, then the PM needs to be the main handler, then the PM will work with the leader, customers and team members to finally make the decision to resolve;
5.2 Perform other related tasks as directed by BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree/ College in related fields (Law, Business Management other relevant fields);
- At least 02 - years of experience in the same position or in legal field, business management field.
- Familiar with CAD/3D design software is a plus.
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
- Fast learner, Independence, passion for Project Management
- Research and organizational skills.

- Time and task management skills.
- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
- Problem- solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
- Self- motivated with a results- driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Knowledge of excellent project management, including estimating, planning, organizing and leading.
