Are empathic and a natural-born-communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis, to make sure our partners are fully satisfied with Zenyum’s service
Want full ownership of your role and decisions, and recognize the importance of team communication
Have previous experience working with dentists or medical professionals
Have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management or a client-facing role
Think quickly on your feet and come up with creative solutions to operational problems
Are tech-, data- and performance-oriented, and you constantly optimize your approach
Are keen to learn about the process of Clear Aligners and feel comfortable in acquiring new skills in a complex environment
Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
