Office Admin Executive
Mô tả công việc
Handle administration of office to ensure smooth operation & comfort working environment:
- Handle stationary/water/pantry supply, work with tea ladies and building’s representatives to ensure the office is in the best shape
- Work with the building/vendors to ensure all equipments/facilities are working and properly maintained
- Prepare for newcomers onboarding: parking registration, entrance card, name card, health insurance registration,…
- Handle travel and accommodation booking for employees’ business trips, seminars, conferences, …
- Assist express delivery for all departments
- Prepare document to make payment for vendor
- Update leave report, payroll, social insurance, health check
- Support contract and documents signing after vendors are selected
- Order branding gifts and presents for holiday and employees’ special occasions: birthday, maternity,…
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per request
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Knowledge of office management
- Great time management and expectation handling skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Great eyes for details
- Good team player
- English proficiency
